Tour Packages
Cancellation requests must be submitted through email, WhatsApp or phone.
Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing:
More Than 72 Hours Before Departure
Eligible for refund after applicable processing and administrative charges.
Between 24 and 72 Hours Before Departure
Partial refund may apply depending on supplier commitments and operational expenses.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure
Generally non-refundable due to advance reservations and operational costs.
Vehicle Rentals
Refund eligibility depends on:
- Cancellation timing
- Vehicle allocation
- Driver assignment
- Seasonal demand
No Show
No refund will be provided if passengers fail to appear at the agreed pickup point without prior notice.
Weather Conditions
Certain activities may be postponed, rescheduled or substituted due to weather conditions. Refund decisions will depend on supplier policies and circumstances.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within:
7 to 14 business days
depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.
Non-Refundable Charges
