At Goa Unique Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our service providers.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before service date: Full refund of the advance amount paid.
  • Between 24 to 48 hours before service date: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 24 hours before service date or No Show: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Goa Unique Travels

If we are unable to provide the booked service due to unavoidable reasons such as vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or government restrictions:

  • We will provide a full refund of the advance amount paid by the customer.
  • Alternatively, the customer may opt for a rescheduled date or an alternative service of equal value.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Special Conditions

  • Any third-party charges (e.g., entry tickets, permits) already paid on your behalf will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • For group bookings or peak season reservations, a stricter cancellation policy may apply. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
